Fundamentally, driving a race car is a “hand-eye coordination sport!” There are literally millions of neuro-muscular groups necessary to hit your spots on the race track consistently. The more you can exercise these, the better they able to perform the piloting of the race car. The efficient use of these neuro-muscular groups necessary to be fast in the simulator are the same as those necessary to be fast in the real race car!
